Getting stakeholders to invest resource along with their time and influence to achieve this goal requires work. It is necessary to demonstrate value in the planning stages and throughout the process to maintain stakeholder interest. This presentation explains the key points, or milestones, of the integration process, and reveals the type of achievable and important work appropriate for each of these stages.
